Do you pre-cook the pig?

No. We do not pre-cook or reheat the pork. We cook the pig

on the day, at the venue ensuring quality and safety.

 

Can you cook in doors?

Yes. We can spit roast inside and frequently do so in function

rooms, and customers homes.

 

How long does a pig take to cook?

A pig takes 5-6 hours. A lamb takes 2-3 hours.

 

How far do you travel?

We cover the whole of the UK. But mainly cover Lancashire Cheshire, Cumbria & Yorkshire.    

 

What do I need to provide?

For a spit roast we will need an area of 10ft sq.

And if possible a 13 amp power supply, if this is unavailable.

We have our own generator.

 

Are you a registered business?

Yes. We are registered caters with Burnley BoroughCouncil

 

Do you have insurance?

Yes. We have full public liability insurance for £1,000,000.
