Do you pre-cook the pig?

No we never pre-cook or reheat the pork. We cook the pig  on the day, at the venue ensuring quality and safety.

How long does a pig take to cook?

A pig takes 6-7 hours. A lamb takes 3-4 hours.

How far do you travel?

We cover the whole of the UK. But mainly cover Lancashire Cheshire, Cumbria & Yorkshire.

Are you a registered business?

Yes. We are registered caters with Burnley BoroughCouncil

Do you have insurance?

Yes. We have full public liability insurance for £1,000,000.

How many staff will I need for my event?

This all depends on the number of guests, the type of event, the menu, the style of service,

and the location of your event.

After we've determined these factors, we will be happy to let you know how many servers and

catering staff we will provide for your event.
