I wanted to write a quick message to say how perfect everything was on Saturday, thanks to you. The calm and organised way in which you prepared everything for us was so appreciated as we didn't even have to think about the food once you arrived we knew everything was taken care of. We are so grateful for everything you did, everybody was overwhelmed by how great all the food was, the potatoes, salads and of course the hog and trimmings were all perfect, and we had nothing but compliments about everything you did (even from our most fussy guests!). Several people asked for your details and said that they would use you in the future and I really hope they do, we would certainly use you again if we ever have another event. Thank you so much. Just a quick note to say thank you very much for all the work you did in helping our party on Saturday 1st March go smoothly.
Your flexibility around the timing was most welcome and we have had so many people comment since on how tasty the hog roast was. A few of them are even considering having a hog roast for parties in the future. We’ll pass on your details if that ok.
